10 years for felon with a fire arm.
5 years for each drug possession.
5 years for each failure to appear for the felonies.
10 years for distribution of a controlled substance.
And his probation revoked, and what ever DOC sentence he had previously added on concurrently with all other charges.

How long will he be in prison? I'm sorry, but a very long time.

Felons caught with a firearm tend to get longer sentences than for murder sometimes.

Well he could be looking at some serious time im not quite sure how long but failure to be at a court hearing is a serious thing. And the bail could happen but its going to be way more expensive. He could serve 5-12 years for the drug possesion twice and possesion with the intent to sell is way serious which he could serve major time for that. he will get heated for the weapon charge but that might just disappear because from what you said he was in for drug possesion not assult. But this is surely unfortunant hope everything goes ok...

It is highly unlikely that he will be getting out of jail anytime soon. He probably qualifies for repeat offender enhancements, and may be hit with a "third strike" charge. That COULD land him in prison for life. I'm not saying that is going to happen, but it could. As is the case in most posts like this, you probably do not have all the facts and factors posted here, so nobody could say with any certainty what is going to happen to him. But he is in deep trouble here.

The devil's contained in the data. the prices were dropped, yet is there likely reason for the NFL to require drug finding out? also, if the NFL does require a try, he may try unfavorable, because the arrest occurred a even as in the past. What evidence is there then? i trust the gamers' union will strictly reduce evidence, because the evidence changed into thrown out of the criminal gadget. we are going to see what takes position regardless of the reality that, yet I fantastically doubt he may be disciplined by the league now.

Im sorry to say it... but I hope they dont let him out. In NY if you have marijuana with the intent to sell you are looking at 10-20 years. This guy obiously did not learn his lesson the first time. Its really horribly to say, but he really should be doing some hard time. We need to get drugs off the street. Sorry hun.

I hope they don't...

My best guess, given the 17 felony counts you have listed above, that he will serve about 10 years inside before parole.

Thats 17 charges, i beleive he would get 20 years b/c of that many charges before probation or house arrest.

he obviously didn't learn his lesson the first time and has a drug problem. Maybe spending 10 plus years locked up will work for him..

Hunny, they won't let him out until his court hearing and if sentencing, with felony flight on the record. Unless he rolls on someone bigger than himself.

I sure hope not. He needs to go away for a long time and I believe he will this time.

Sorry.
