Just tell her, you only have one chance. Besides will it really matter if you tell her say 5 years from now and she rejects...no but if she says yes, well it could matter 5 years from now.
Do it before it's to late. The worse she will say is no.

well i think you should tell her because if you dont she could really love you too but think that you dont love her so you guys go through your lives never knowing. and if you tell her you love her and she truly loves the other guy, she's not going to leave him and not marry him unless she truly loves you back. the only way to know is to ask her. its the best thing to do. if you tell her and she loves you too then the things will work out between you guys and if she doesnt love you then you will continue being friends and she will marry him. i should know because i have been in the same situation and it worked out for the best not to mention i am a girl myself so...i know what girls want from a guy!

I think you should tell her that.
i mean if you truly want her to be happy if she loves the other guy.
Then you're telling her you love her, so she knows (which is good, because maybe she feels the same) but also you're being a good friend about her relationship.

Tell her.
Be straight and say you need to tell her something.
Explain how you don't want to feel like your splitting them up but you are in love with her. Say you understand if she doesn't feel the same then try and move on. Even though it may be hard to get her out of your life
What have you got to loose. This maybe your last chance to tell her, you could loose her otherwise. You will regret it for a long time if it is true love you feel for her.
It's neally christmas...
and at christmas you tell the truth
Good luck =]!

If that's what she wants then you really don't have much choice in the matter, now do you? When you say 'let' them marry and be happy it implies you have some sort of power over him, her or what they want. If you're honest with yourself you need to admit that's simply not the case. So if you want to console yourself over unrequited love, just recognize the fact that you'll find the one for you some day, if you continue to be a great guy. ;-)

I hope it's the right thing to do. I've been the same way about a lady I've known for thirty years. I don't especially like her husband, but she adores him. And since I feel so strongly for her, I want her to have him.
Did you ever hear that song that was popular in the late 1950s called "Take Good Care of Her." It deals with the very issue you asked about.

If you love her enough to let her be happy with someone else, than you need to do just that.
But go ahead and stay in the periphery of her life. Boyfriend doesn't mean husband. She may be available again one day, and when that day comes, make your move!

The girl may be very embarrassed if you tell her. Leave well alone is my advice.
I am sure a nice fellow like you will soon find another girls who can love you back.
There is more to be admired in a boy who can turn away than one who could cause confusion in someone life.

The right thing to do would be to tell her how you feel and then if she chooses this other guy then you need to move on.

Well, if you want her to be happy and she has never shown any signs of romantic feelings towards you, than let her be. Move on.
