i think that the Westboro Baptist Church is really a hate group operating under the guise of a Baptist Church. i mean his website is: godhatesfags.com (it says a lot about how much their church follows the Bible). God may not approve of homosexuality but he most certainly loves homosexuals as John 3:16 says God so loved the world.

To picket at a funeral is just ridiculous. i've read a lot of articles on the internet about how they are doing what they are doing to get attention and promote themselves and the hateful values that they have.

It's a shame that they are shaming the name of Christ and teaching and behaving in ways that are not consistent with the Bible.

I think they really need to examine their position on most of their issues and learn when a good place to put up a fight is. They make Christians look bad and they need to learn that the only person with permission to judge is God and the last time I checked they can't speak to somebody through a burning bush so He obviously did not mean them.

Also, just as a human being they should know better than to even dare to think about intruding on a family's time to say their last goodbyes.

They DO NOT in any way portray the love of Christ. I wish there was a way to forbid them from calling themselves Baptists. They are merely a hate filled group of people who are doing absolutley no good for the Kingdom of God. But don't worry, God will sort the sheep from the goats in the end.
