the turkey may be brined before cooking... that is a process where the turkey rests in a pot of water with salt, sugar and other spices for 10-12 hrs. This is done to add moisture and flavor to the turkey when cooking (especially b/c no one likes dry turkey meat!)
Anyway, some people think it tastes like ham which is probably a result from the brining... and the use of sugar mostly.
And the legs probably come from a giant turkey :)

They come from the hormones that the turkey farm gives the turkeys till they can no longer stand...and they taste like ham because they are delicsous...just kidding i think they taste like chicken

Obviously turkey but it's usually turkeys that have been grown very quickly or they're last year's turkeys who survived... They taste like ham because they've grown too quickly and thus are pretty flavorless. Ham has had most of its fat bred out and thus is also pretty flavorless.

Turkey's legs are the dark meat section of a bird ...The taste will be a little differen't from the other sections.

I think you are talking about mutton. Mutton is a mixture of turkey and ham and is generally, really big. That is probably what you are thinking of and they are not turkey.
