Now, there is a heaviness in my left hand and it is shaky and slightly numb.

Sounds like a cluster headache, or migraine. But if it is the worst headache of your life it is best to get it checked out an ER. You never knowit could be a bleed in the brain.... unlikely but it is possible. More likely than not it's a migraine

You might be having a migraine or a stroke. Or you could be having retinal detachment. If you've never had this before, you should get it checked out. FAST

Get to a doctor, you could have a detached retina, or detached vitreous.

i had that too, went to dr. and found out i had pollups in sinus they took em out
