For example, I'm look for shows like Little Women, the Producers, Urinetown, Drowsey Chaperone, etc. I know that they're out there, I just have no clue where to begin my search. Any advice would be appreciated.

You are asking on this site how to commit a crime. Huh, that is not the best idea. My advice, don't do it.

The New York Public Library at Lincoln Center has a video archive room from B'way shows. However its not easy to get an appointment. You have to have a real big reason to watch the videos (not just cause you want to). You can also not rewind or fast forward thru any of the show. You just sit and watch the whole show.

There are places to illegally buy copies of Bway shows that people may have videotaped themselves, but I can't say. Like I said, its illegal to do so.

I say, stick to the few clips YouTube has.
