i hear rumors since the longest so i wanna break the doubts is diet soda more bad for your diet than regular? thnks

soda is soda either way you look at it...technically medical professionals say both are bad for you and to drink water and juice lol

I have read from different medical sources that the chemicals involved in making the soda diet are and can be worse for your health than the regular-non-diet soda. Plus, the regular ones tast waaaaay better! pah

Yes. Regular soda contains sugar, which is bad for the teeth, the heart, respiration, blood pressure, etc. (Small amounts are not too bad.)
Diet contains all that artificial stuff; that really messes up the body. It is the artificial stuff in food that is causing obesity.

well i depends on how you look @ it. reqular coke a pretty much corn syrup with more soduim and flavor in it. my opinion diet coke is better for you but it contains an ingredient called apertame. this will only hurt you if drink like 4 a day so i wouldn't worry about it. overall i'd go with diet coke.

No its no such thing soda is soda its just regular sida is a little stronger than diet soda..
