Jehovah's Witnesses. All my Bible questions answered to my satisfaction.

I was raised Catholic and drifted away from it during my teen and college years, when I explored other religions.

What brought me back to Catholicism was reading a book called 'The Cloud of Unknowing,' which is a book of medieval Catholic mysticism--essentially, how to be a contemplative.

It is the only book I have ever read that explains God in a coherent, logical manner, without all the nonsense that you find in the Bible. It takes God down to the essentials and deals with only those, rather than shrouding itself in layers of religious doctrine.

Very much a choice. When I asked Christ into my life, I realized how lost I was, I felt like a ship being tossed around at sea during a storm, and I asked him to be my lighthouse...guide me. I had always heard his name, but I never understood the message until just before I became a Christian. Then, it hit me full force, and I gave my life to him. Being a Christian isn't an easy thing, it's anything but! Still, I'd never trade what Christ gave me for anything!

I read most of the major scriptures and came to the conclusion that the bible and the Quran are revealed by the same one GOD. and started following the religion I was born in i.e. ISLAM seriously. It is the same religion that of Abraham, Noah, Moses, David, solomon, Jesus peace be on them.

READ THE QURAN BEFORE COMMING TO YOUR CONCLUSION. YOU HAVE JUST ONE LIFE AND ONE CHOICE. TO BE MADE

Obviously it was a decision or I wouldn't be practicing it.

I consider myself to be a Monotheistic Wiccan. Right now, however, I don't really practice Wicca. I'm studying Judaism and thinking about becoming Jewish.

I was born into it, and thought it was the truth for many years. Eventually all the Bible courses I had taken and all the Bible study led me to realize the whole thing is a hoax. The Bible god was an invention of that pervert Moses and his syphilitic half-brother Aaron.

I became a Muslim because it makes the most sense to me and it also gives me lots of rights as a woman. I'm an American woman who reverted to Islam and am given more respect because I cover my hair. I don't have to worry about being looked at like a piece of meat and don't have to worry about being viewed as a $2.00 whore. I don't need to worry about what my hair looks like and don't have to worry about being stared at or harassed or molested by men. I don't show my beauty off to men other then my brother and husband. I dress modestly because God commands me to do so in the Qur'an and Hadiths. I am respected for my mind not my body.

Yes, it was a decision. My parents raised me Roman Catholic. As an adult I didn't feel it was the path for me and spent years studying and researching until I found the right path.

there`s somethign deep inside that keeps my faith alive. And i`ve seen so many miracles in my life. I saw this preacher praying and people that couldn`t have walked in years, finally did and you could see the joy in their eyes and you literally felt god there next to you. and some people can say i am dilusional their loss. Once you felt what i did you don`t care you`d do anything to keep god close to you.

I was not born into any religion. My mom refuses to go to any church.

So I went to Methodist, Catholic, Baptist, Assembly of God, Interfaith... etc.

I am currently trying to figure out which way to go and iam in RCIA class to learn if Catholic is the way for me.

My hubby is Catholic, so that's why I am considering it.
