Oh yeah, I do this all the time...the only problem with cooking them in the microwave to do twiced bakes is that the skin on the outside isn't as stable because it gets all steamy.
I would wash the potatos, stick a knife in the a couple times to create some holes for steam to escape and then put them all in the microwave for 5 minutes...when the time is up, squeeze gently to see how soft they are. If they aren't done (which they won't be), turn them over and cook another 5 minutes..
Repeat the process until they are done.
I would say 10-15 minutes for all three at the same tiem.

I only ever include baked potatoes in a meal if I have the oven on for other uses. Like baking or a stew or a roast. I consider it a gross waste of energy to put an oven on just to bake one or two potatoes. Not only is it bad for the planet, it is an expense I cannot afford any more. My family and I love the crunchy skin of a baked potato, so the microwave version is not an option. I have found that baked potato consumption has gone down since I started making potato skins and potato wedges instead. They save a lot of time and energy. Another example of where "time is money"! LOL!

Since you are making twice baked potatos, I would prick holes in them and microwave each for 6 minutes on high. Allow them to sit in the microwave for a few minutes. Check with a knife to make sure it is soft enough. Plus you can make these a day before, refrigerate and pop them into the oven or microwave to heat right before serving.

I would start out with maybe 5 or 6 mins. but first you have to pierce the potatoes with a knife i go all the way through a few times & then after washing soak for a few minutes in water or instead of soaking you can put a small glass bowl or cup of water so they don't dry out. if not done by that time try a few more minutes also use the guidelines listed on the microwave.

About 10 - 12 minutes per potato. Use the "high" setting. Check them by poking them with a fork. Totally depends on the exact size of the potatoes but this is a good 'rule of thumb'.

3 minutes per potato
Just sit it on a paper plate, stab it with a fork first so it don't explode.
Check it with a fork after the 3 minutes and see if it is tender. It may need a little longer depending on size.
