This place would probably turn into a ghost town because, even to make money, most people's head would explode if they tried to give a thumbs up to someone whom they did not agree with.

It would turn into the Lottery and could fund public education,

It would be horrible cause idiots would thumbs down good answers, seen it many times.

I was thumbed down for saying I had a near death experience. Go figure.
