Yorkshire pudding is a nice addition or alternative to your potatos and tastes heavenly under an au jus! With what you've described above, I'd make fresh green beans with onion and bacon or baby brussel sprouts with pancetta. Another side that is good would be glazed ginger carrots with parsley. Fresh fruit ambrosia is the salad of choice, and hot tollhouse rolls are a must!
