You probably do best to take the kitten to the vet. After the damage has been noted the vet can give meds or instructions to help the kitten out. One will most likely be to not leave the kitten alone or accessible to the older male cat, as that could turn even worse the next time around.

There are not a lot of safe pain medications cats can take. Your vet needs to prescribe something for her--please call them. Bites can quickly become nasty abscesses, so a vet visit is needed asap.

Give extra attention to it. Maybe pet it a little, and give it some treats. And make sure to punish the older cat.

let them check it out, if there is no harm, its just saw then ask for any pain-killers
