i don't know what to do ! please help ?

Is it red? or has infection and swollen? More sever go to the doctor for treatment> Just red, clean with alcohol, do that several times a day. It is doesn't start to clear up some in one day....go to the doctor.
And it would certain help if you improved your diet, to lots of fruits and veggies, no fast food, no processed foods and lots of water and no sodas. Give you body the nutrition it needs ot fight the infection.

Go to the doctor you may need an oral antibiotic and you most certainly need triple antibiotic to use with is stronger than the over the counter stuff.
