yes it can be i have chronic fatigue syndrome and mmy illness has luckily not affected my thick hair but many ppl with the illness it affects the hair.
hope she will get better soon.

It's possible. A person who is ill isn't going to feel up to the usual grooming, after all. And the body isn't working as it should, so it would show in the hair. Especially if the person also is not eating.
Then of course, your girlfriend isn't feeling so good. So that will effect her outlook.

Yes it does, I was very ill last year and my hair was a total mess, but now I am a lot better so is my hair, I would say even better than it was before I was ill. I hope your girlfriend is better soon.

yes...when i have a cold..my hair is straight & dull...it goes pretty lifeless...dont know why though.
