Yes.

There are stories about all kinds of people overseas getting all kinds of medical help. And they need it, this I agree with.

But it makes me angry that I, who live and work in one of the wealthiest countries in the world, cannot get similar aid though I might need it just as much.

YES!!!!! We need to take care of our own country, then help others. I feel this way about people adopting children in foreign countries. There are plenty of children in the U.S. that need a home!

OMG! YES!!!I think the U.S haz enough problems we should focus on our own problems and then on people interntionally...i mean im only fourteen but it never hurts 2 try 2 make sense!!!!!LOL

most people in theUS r aware of AIDS. so why should they focus more in the US.
they r doing the right job by helping mostly the African countries

I don't think this country is overfocusing on international AIDS issues and if we were, any new information uncovered will benefit us too.
