I have great appreciation for any well bred dog of any recognized breed. My favorite will always be a Welsh Pembroke Corgi and a Rotweiler.

I agree with dolphyns, shelter or rescue types of dogs are best for me. Mine happens to be a great dane. ;)

Border Collies- They are just big enough to wrestle around with, and still lay on your bed. They are very intelligent, and exciting dogs.
