I have a really serious question. I want to be an actress since I was seven and right now I'm a junior in HS and when I graduate I'm planning on going to auditions and sending my resume to every agent that is out there. I'm not stuck up or anyting but everybody I know keep telling me that I'm really pretty and stuff. I'm Russian and I came from Russia 3 years ago and I learned English just for acting. Acting is the only thing that I live for. Please give me an idea what to do after I fishish HS. I take my art VERY seriously and I'm very dedicated.

Thank you all

Look for a College with a top rated acting school. The reasons are that in those schools, agents come and watch productions and that gives you a chance to be seen by the people you need to be seen by.

Not all of them are real expensive. California State University has one of top 15 programs in the nation.

Also, you need to be in one of the major cities to get seen. New Yort and Hollywood are best.

Break a leg.

You should ask your counselor about scholarships that are available for acting and look at colleges known to have a good theatre program.
