Jackson Hole. The mountain is truly overwhelming. With over 4000 feet of vertical, some of the most massive cliffs, chutes, and steeps anywhere, and a great, old west ski town atmosphere, this place is unbeatable. There is really no other resort like it anywhere in the country!

Well, you can vote on different components. If you want the total package: I vote ALTA.
Hell, that's where I ski, so of course, I'm skewed.
Best mountain? Jackson Hole. The reason I wouldn't vote for that number one is because it is in the middle of nowhere. If you want to just fly in and ski for a week, that's where I would go. But I wouldn't want to live there.
Alta, and cousin Snowbird, have the best terrain with quick access to civilization.
Not to mention the best pow in the country.
