When I think of all white cats the first name that pops into my head is Artemis (for some reason I've always liked to name pets after Greek and Roman gods - I had a golden retriever named Apollo!).
Others that struck me: Tzarina, Setsuna, Pearl, Snowball, Minke, Sugar, Misaki, Sakura, Tourmaline, Shiori, Aurora, Minako, Zephyr...
Personally though, while it's fantastic to get feedback and see if that prompts inspiration, I've found that the best way to name cats is to take a few days, pick a name for about two hours and use it a lot, see if the kitty responds... they tend to ignore things they don't like and look at us in surprise when we find one that will work. My own two cats are Fizzgig and Kheperu - Fizzgig was easy to name, Kheperu definitely wasn't, it took almost a week, but the moment I said his name he looked up at me, blinking, with an "it's about bloody time" look on his face. Good luck!! :)

Ooh I like Bebe10's idea - Snowbell!
I had a friend with a white cat named "Ajax" that I thought was quite cute - but that'd probably be better for a boy cat. Here's a few others I can think of:
Frost
Icy
Stella (since it means "star")
Bianco (Italian for white)
Yuki (Japanese for "snow")

Be original, don't name him snow or snowball or snowflake or anything that has to do with the color white. if you can't think of anything original make his name an oximoron like blacky. Or give it a people name and don't name it after an object. Or naming it after a Greek god would be cool too. exciting and exotic names are fun, or name it after something it does/reminds you of.
examples of good cat names:
osiris
siberia
oliver
annie
tilda
penelope
neffertiti
anuxunamoon
Zeus
Athena
Apollo
Hera
Jack
Achilles
Monte (short for The Count of Monte Cristo)
Nani
Prahelika
Maria

I brought a 17 yr old cat into my home last year. His name was "Boy" and I named him Alexander in keeping with his regal bearing, his beauty, and personality.
