No I certainly don't ever pity someone that is of another faith.
Everyone has a parth that fits them personally.In fact there are 6.6 billion religions in the world,why?Thats because everyone has their own conception of god.Even if they don't even have a religion,they might view the world differently.
The only people I actually PITY,are those who bash other faiths and are dogmatic.I feel sorry for them because they view the creator of the Universe as someone who will slaughter ruthlessly anyone who is not going to follow a certain path,they are getting nowhere but causing violence and pain in the world,they make people look down on religion,they cause more harm then good.

I do not pity those who follow anything opposite of me, everyone has their systems of beliefs - nobody can take that. Not even a god can force someone to follow a certain belief - and if there was a god and they could - we'd all be following the same religion without ever questioning.

Sometime I do. I fully believe that everyone has a right to follow their own path, but sometimes I feel sad for all those people who simply follow like sheep. If you have found your path, through study and thought and meditation and open-mindedness, then I do not feel the least bit sorry for you. But if you believe something simply because your parents raised you that way, or because the preist/pope/pastor tells you to, then I do feel as thought you may be missing out on something wonderful.

Not pity, more of a confusion. I believe the way I do very strongly because of experiences and study. Its hard to understand why someone can't see something I so plainly see. I understand they have a right to believe however they want to and I will fight for the right for them to do so but I still don't understand. I guess they feel the same about me.

No, I do pity those who can't think for themselves. I also feel sorry for those that constantly have to remind everyone why we're going to hell when they have plenty of their own issues. I feel bad when I know more about their religion then they do. I think all of that is quite funny actually, but in a sad way... *sigh*

No - as stated by someone else above, we all take different paths. Mine is different from theirs, so why should I pity them? I do not know why they are on their path, nor do I know if that path is the best for them. Pity is a form of judgment (from self-righteousness), and I am not in a position to judge.

Jesus did Matthew 9:36.......On seeing the crowds he felt pity for them, because they were skinned and thrown about like sheep without a shepherd.
As Christians we should follow Jesus' example

I pity members of my family who are in denial of anything wrong with Christianity, but otherwise I believe they are making a decent living in the ministry so why rock their boat!
