I don't know what these two labels mean.

I know it's probably a big question, so feel free to just point me to references online. Thanks!

I have never heard these labels before, but I would suppose the one using these terms is distinguishing between someone who is under the unction and leading of the Holy Spirit (Prophetic Christian); that is, a born again Christian who is also Spirit lead ("because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. " Romans 8;14); and someone who is merely a traditional professing Christian - Constantine being the Roman Emperor who officially institutionalized Christianity around the 4th century, A.D.
