Nine times out of ten the local dental schools will do the work, but it's done by dental students supervised by licensed dentists. They go by your income and they take 80% off the top leaving you to pay the other 20%. Yes,they take payments, but there's a waiting list so it's first come ,first served.

Yes, you can afford it...
Find an office that will make payment arrangements with you, or apply for CareCredit...there's got to be at least one near where you live in Maryland...
Or you can apply for State Aid/Medicaid if your income is that low..
Too many people are looking for 'free' dental treatment, yet they find the means to get things that aren't necessary...like cigarettes, beer, etc... Sometimes choices need to be made when your health, whether medical or dental, is concerned.

i dont know if its the same near you, but in england/wales we have dental hospital training colleges, and if you really cant afford your treatment, then approach these people, they are looking for patients to practice on - dont worry, there is ALWAYS a fully qualified dental teacher/dentist with the trainees who supervise ALL the treatments. You can usually get the treatment free because you are allowing trainees to work on you. i dont know anyone who has had a bad experience at the dental school/colleges.

I'm not sure what part of Maryland you're in, but Howard University in DC has a good dental school, and you save a whole pantload of money by going to dental schools-

Check at your closest dental school. Also, the state or the county should have a dental clinic that can help you.
