Would God condemn him and be sent to hell, please give me a good honest bible based answer. (In other words is it sinful to smoke?)

I think Charles Spurgeon came to acknowledge himself the sinfulness of smoking, and regretted it in his later days.

"Who are you to judge someone else's servant? To his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand....
You, then, why do you judge your brother? Or why do you look down on your brother? For we will all stand before God's judgment seat. It is written:
" 'As surely as I live,' says the Lord,
'every knee will bow before me;
every tongue will confess to God.' "So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God.

Smoking is not sinful. I don't think God wants us to smoke, it is bad for us, but it is not sinful.

Edit: I Corinthians 6:19 does say that your body is the Temple of God. I would say that the damage done to the body, and eventual death of the smoker could be a judgment, but you asked about Hell, and I don't believe smoking will send you to Hell, just make you smell like you live there.

well i never saw it in the Bible that it's sinful 2 smoke but i mean if it's the temple of the Lord, then i dont think you should do something that u kno isn't good for it intentionally. (maybe i shud stop eating big mac's...) i wouldn't call it a sin tho
