I'm trying to do a centerpiece where you poke flowers into a floral ring. Do you soak it in water?

First you need to get a roll of this clay type tape. You rip off a piece of it and stick it onto the bottom of the container and press the floral foam into it. So it stays stable. Yes you soak it to water the flowers you put into it for an arrangement.

Happy Holidays.

The green foam is for dried flowers. You want the brown kind. That's the one that soaks up water.
