all whole foods are low calorie with the exception of nuts and seeds as they are high in fat. these are foods like:
lean animal proteins like skinless poultry, white fish, egg whites, seafood
whole grains and legumes like whole oatmeal, lentils, beans, barley, etc.
all leafy green vegetables, peppers, onions, celery, etc.
whole fruits are low calorie per serving and provide many vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants
* whole foods are all of the foods that are perishable and are found in the outer ring of most supermarkets.

Fruits and Veggies. Lean meats, salads- dressing on the side... Lots of water (64-80oz) daily. Special K cereal w/FF milk. sandwiches with mustard instead of mayo.
