Why did he make those people then?

What does that say about his perfect creation?

Or will you tell me that God didn't make us perfect? A perfect being made imperfect creations?

My God knew beforehand that He would die for the sins of the world, thus ensuring eternal life to all who would put their trust in Him.
In the end, He does what He does for those who love and trust Him. To these He promises an eternal Kingdom. To those who insist on having things their own way, they will reap what they sow.

Yes He knew, but He certainly didn't want to. See, my God is a God of free choice, which means we have the freedom to make our own decisions. God knew from the beginning that it would come to this, but He was willing to risk it because He loves us so much. But just because God is a God of free choice doesn't mean He could let those people roam around the earth doing whatever they pleased. So He gave them consequences, but not without a chance to be saved. Noah was sent to warn the people in advance, but none of them did, so they were lost.
Yes, He also originally did intend for us to be perfect and live in a perfect world, but back to the deal where God is a God of free choice, he let Adam and Eve, the first humans, have that choice, and they made it. It is our fault that we are sinful, but God, as always, has a way out.
Jesus Christ, God's Son, chose to come down to this earth and die in order that He could take on our sins, and be our mediator on Judgement. He was put in place of our sinful selves, so that we can once again be made perfect.

The choice was with the people, not God ordaining it.

God made man perfect. There were consequences for violating God's one law. They fell out of perfection and passed that on by having no children while in the Garden. It was their descendants choice to go with the worst desires and evil. Did they think God would do nothing? Bad choices are everyone's option; but so are consequences for those decisions.

Everything that is written in the Holy Scriptures is for our example of what not to do.

There are two ways of cleaning something, by water or fire.
Water has been used and will not be used again to purify sinful mankind.

Come clean.

2Pe 3:6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:

2Pe 3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of unrighteous men.

God indeed created everything perfect. However, after sin was ushered into the world man was left to fend for himself. He could either call on God to help him or not. Most did not, therefore, things became corrupt including mankind. This lead to world wide rebellion which God Himself, the Creator, could only get rid of. He gave us a chance and we blew it. But in His mercy He gave us another chance.

Rebellion is what made things retarded not God, and God never said what he made was perfect yet.

He did say however he will wipe the tears from our eyes and their will be no more pain or sorrow then.

God in his honesty says my foolishness is wiser than man.

Why ask us? Why not the Jews and the Muslims, since this is part of their beliefs too? You got a problem with Christians?

You are PROOF that God did not make us perfect

He didn't know exactly, but he learned to regret having created humans. Read Genesis chapter six.
Then he met Noah in a bar one night, and he liked him, and he decided to spare him and his kin. Everyone else was drowned, including children and old people.

God didn't wipe everybody out with a flood. That was just the opinion of the authors of the flood narrative.

Apparently, God somehow or another gave us and Himself free will, though it makes no sence seeing that he knows the future and can very well prevent it from happening. God is a really joker, don't you think? Beware the sheep.
