"Espero que vos" is not a full sentence. The words you want to be translated, mean: I hope that you.... (vos is referring to more than one person). Would be nice to know the whole sentence!

It means "I hope that you". 'Vos' is the same thing as "ustedes" and it is used in some South American countries such as Argentina.
