i have been taking them for about two weeks, and lost about fifteen pounds. i am also in a gym, so its not some kind of miracle diet b/s lol. they boost your metabolism and give you energy, says the box. it says to take one daily, with a meal. so i supposed you should only take one daily, with a meal. but does anyone know if it is dangerous to your health to take more than one a day?

B vitamins don't boost the metabolic rate they will only help restore natural metabolic function if there is a deficiency of B vitamins in the diet. so in that aspect it is surely no miracle vitamin. B vitamins are water soluble so there is no storage capacity for them in the body. the body uses what it needs and excretes the rest so if you ingest more than the RDA it will just be excreted in the urine.

Edit:

10% to 7% body fat from "only" adding B-1 in 2 weeks is bs. you don't even get those results with DNP and that increases the metabolic rate by 50%

the method of body fat analysis that you are using is highly suspect if you are claiming that much body fat loss in 2 weeks from only adding B-1 to your diet. those results are not even seen with growth hormone use and GH is the most powerful fat burning hormone that the human body produces and B1 is only a micronutrient.

I did not know that b-1 is so powerful. Like you said it boosts your metabolism when you take one it do that what it does and after the effect stops ur like tired maybe.. and you take a other one to have extra energy and when those 1667% are gone your metabolism is weak. Why B-1 has gain your metabolism by maximum and taking some your own energy and spending it all.
By me its not healthy 2 take 2 by one day.

thiamine (vitamin B1) is a water-soluble vitamin and as such, it is least likely to reach toxic levels. There is little danger of thiamine toxicity when it is taken orally. However, there is an exception. When thiamine is taken intravenously (injections), it has been reported to cause anaphylactic shock in few people. Symptoms of a thiamine overdose may include a feeling of warmth, weakness, sweating, nausea, restlessness, difficulty breathing, tightness of the throat, bluish colored skin, and death.

its not normal to lose that much weight in 2 weeks even with dietary supplements.. you lost mostly water not fat

You quite do not want colossal doses, simply take what the kit recommends and also you will have to be first-rate. I simply take a consistent dosage of B problematic and I haven't any disorders with insects.
