Atheism is not a religion. That's like calling "bald" a hair color.
Most people in the western world would call Taoism a "religion," although in reality it is just a philosophy. Taoism does not have a concept of "good" and "evil."

I guess Buddhism, which is more Enlightenment and everything else that might interfere with reaching enlightenment. I wouldn't count Taoism or Atheism as a religion.

Core shamanism finds that all spirits are capable of both "good" and "evil" and doesn't offer any profile about Spirit. That is left to the practitioner to discover.
