Could it be... Satan?
(I can't think of a better answer right now.)
EDIT: Here's a better answer, from Job 28:7
"There is a path which no fowl knoweth, and which the vulture's eye hath not seen"
The "path" that no foul knows is obviously the day after Thanksgiving. God is telling us not to let them know that day, so we kill them and eat them. (Just killing them would be a waste)

human beings will rejoice it besides they prefer. that's a loose u . s .. in case you want to thank your God, choose for it. yet basically because of the fact Abraham Lincoln made a speech approximately your God does no longer propose anyone has to rejoice Thanksgiving the way you do. besides, have you ever seen the decorations? Turkeys and pilgrims and Indians.... and, as I remember, the community human beings of that factor weren't Christian. I doubt they have been giving because of the Christian God. For some unusual reason, a lot of you forget that area. So initially, it wasn't strictly a "Christian holiday". and that's the way it gets taken out. in my opinion, i'm going to be thanking my own Gods for each little thing they have accomplished for me. and there is not any longer too plenty you or anybody else can do approximately that. =)

That whole body of christ thing was already taken. So the Turkelutionists swapped out body of God for body of christ. Since there is no corporeal god, and therefore god's body doesn't exist, the Turkelutionists had to find a suitable substitute. In order to emphasize the inane concept of "body of god" they chose a Turkey, as in "hey, you're a goofy looking turkey", rather than "hey, Armenians have a right to live in Turkey".

Which god? The original holiday was celebrated long before christianity reached the British Isles and Europe and probably every other civilization. It was a celebration of the end of the harvest season. In England it's still called Harvest Home in some locations.
Our Thanksgiving started out as a secular holiday and still is. As someone said "saying a prayer or grace before the meal doesn't make it a Christian holiday."

I'm a Pastafarian. I think the FSM wants us to take the turkey out of Thanksgiving and replace it with a nice fettucine alfredo.

Since my people fed the starving whites and we didn't believe in the magical sky fairy then either, I guess the answer is no. He never was in the holiday.
