jesus performed mircles.. cured sickness and raised people from the dead. he tought us many things and set a great example for us today. everything that you speak of
' not rich'
'never wrote a book'
'not a politician'
'no connections with the famous'
' never led an amry into battle'
'never invented anything'
those are all things that MAN thinks is important.
why should you get attention becuase you have money? it doesn't even make sense.. its paper. oooo wow you have more paper than me.. you must be important.. people are famous for the most rediculous things.. jesus is famous because he died for us.. so we can live and be forgiven for our sins.. we also now have an open communication with god through his name. thats a good reason to be famous.

"The only proof that Jesus existed is in the bible. Josephus's mention of Jesus in his book was added years after Josephus's death."
Do you want a list of scholars who disagree?
Louis Feldman
Robert Funk
Dominic Crossan
A N Wilson
Geza Vermes
Paul Winter
E P Sanders
Paula Fredrikson
John Meier
Graham Stanton
Steve Mason
Edwin Yamucha
Some of the above are Christians, but there are also Jews and atheists mixed in with them. Nobody denies that the Testimonium Flavianum has been doctored, but an easy majority of scholars subscribe to a theory of partial authenticity.
There is an awful lot of wishful thinking which goes on amongst atheists, and if any one doubts the above list, you have got the names, so google them yourself.

It is a mystery and it is meant to be that way. If we knew all the answers, why would we then need God?? God, Christ are the only ones that are perfect. We as Christians all know that we can only strive for the perfection but we will never make it on this earth or in our lifetime and that's okay.
I watched my Goddaughter be born and seeing that I started to cry and then I asked who after seeing a child being born can ever say there is no God???
Jesus was not rich in His belongings or a huge home because he came down to speak to everyone man, woman and child and most being poor are not going to listen to someone rich. He did not need all the earthly riches as his riches came from His heart and I think that is one of the lessons we learn from God through the Holy Spirit. When it was time for Christ to leave, we were not left only but was given the Gift of the Holy Spirit.
One does not to have riches to be rich. And that comes from our hearts. Yes, it is a Mystery but just leave it as that and one day you will have all your answers answered for you.

Its not a mystery, its the way history can work.
The Jesus of reality was probably a religious zealot and Essene that spoke against the hypocrisy of his time.
Saul of Tarsus took some of the stories about Jesus, combined them with the existing Messianic/Revolutionary movement in Judea, and elaborated them to suit his needs in developing a Jewish Mystery Cult that could be sold to gentiles.
Followers of Saul now Paul, expanded those stories, wrote "gospels" attributed to Jesus' followers and popularized the Christ Cult and separated it from Jewish belief.
Early Church Fathers, rewrote much of what they had to make the teachings of Jesus and the writings of Paul fit their view of what their new Universal or "Catholic" Church should be.
The Emperor Constantine saw the utility of establishing a state sanctioned and state sponsored religion to control his empire making Christianity the official Roman religion.
It was all marketing.
The rest is history.

Fully agree with your views. But think that they are famous because God had selected them as His prophets. Each of them is having some other good qualities which made them imprtant and famous.
In some respect Abraham (S A)is more famous and in other respect Mohamed is more important as the Qur-an, the Book sent to human beings through him is meant as guideline to all people till dooms day.
Qur-an categorically says that all prophets are equal and one should not differenciate them one another

perhaps before the roman church tried to cover it up Jesus taught
GOD is One, the Beginning and the End the first and the last, the A and the Z.
meaning God was 1,A, and Z.
meaning God was described as "a form of .I7 mixed up and sealed together"
meaning .seventeen mixed up and sealed together was a accurate description of God
meaning Stevens.n (if e+e(upside down)=S of Stevens.n) is an accurate description of God.
meaning God to Jesus was not a Roman, thus the Romans hated the Jews, and followers of CHRISTIANIT because if a Stevens.n had a NI RIST it made Him the H of CHRISTIANIT. And smart fellows could figure out that:
G+o+d=7+15+4=26=2+6=8=H
thus
C GOD RIST I A (sealed together)IV I ...
so perhaps God to Jesus and followers of CHRISTIANIT Stevens.n with a (sealed together)IV I rist(wrist with IIII I because IV=IIII) was God the Father(Fat part-herr=father) of Jesus who may have figured out that that Stevens.n was described as the I AM of the OT. because I AM=I AIVI (sealed together) is a description of one particular Stevenson. So despite mans attempt to discredit or destroy God, the OT fact is Stevenson will always be described with the word I AM. larri (cut & sealed together)=i am is also an accurarte description of Stevens.n, so perhaps His new name should be God, if they won't allow two LTS's.
the real mystery is CHRIST and the OT both seem to describe Me in a wordly way? Perhaps they new that God would eventually exist as the bible prophesied about. And God became the WORD(see TODD in a times new roman font WORD), perhaps the WORD I AM is what God became. Just like i did. a larri(sic) Stevens.n, so perhaps i did my part and you have yet to do your part. And Jesus was rewarded because obviously if He's still alive, he can learn a thing or two about ancient scripture from LTS. Meaning the Jesus from David's line cracked the book open like i did. meaning He too saw that 1, A, and Z, were all descriptions derived from the bible of Jesus's time. Or just that Stevenson was once a world powerful family.
and looking further into God we see he was described as love. \.v spells love too and is embedded in a V when your read between the lines. so \.V(sealed together)=V=\V/(sealed together)=IIII I (sealed together)
in that way a particular Stevens.n is singled out as God when He became to be described as the I AM, irregardless of previous antics?
so perhaps the Mystery of God has been revealed and been played out on the internet irregardless of what the print media prints or covers up.
And that story didn't come out of ROME, LONDON, MOSCOW, BEIJING, but from the geographical center of north america, a place Neither Jesus, or Jehovah or Augustus had no idea existed. so stick that in your old world pipe and smoke it, cause smokem if ya gotem.

The real mystery is that people who profess belief in the man don't seem to follow his teachings.
To call the man a God, that's at least strange also.

Also, don't forget that time was split even! This was God's plan to come to Earth as a New Man to take upon His own body our sins so that we can live forever with Him as was meant to be in the beginning if we will only believe in Him. And He did this because He loves us. He redeemed us with His body and justifies us because of our faith in Him. The mystery is even greater when you consider that we Christians are all the body of Christ and that we have received the mind of Christ through the indwelling Holy Spirit that is received upon faith and asking for it and believing that you have received it! Man's ways are foolishness to God. And no one can understand God's ways or have spiritual discernment unless they have the Holy Spirit which will enable a person to look at everything differently: babies, old people, the stars, life, death, etc...

What Jesus had, which was unique was the LORD God as his Father. God had promised that the Messiah would come because mankind would not respond in their hearts to the offering of sacrifices for their sins.
Jesus had Mary as his mother but God as his Father, yet he was tempted, we are told, yet sinless. His sinless life was given so that we might have the opportunity of forgiveness through the grace of God.
The return of Jesus will bring blessings for the world. Peace, true government, no brutality, peaceful animals etc. We are told to watch for that imminent coming when Jesus will return in the glory of his Father. The Bible tells us that every eye will see him.

I don't think it's a mystery I think it's just a collective fear of what happens when we die and a need to find a reason for our existence in this universe when really there probably isn't one.

No mystery.
"And the world, because of their iniquity, shall judge him to be a thing of naught..."
Those whose focus is upon the tawdry riches, pleasures and power of this world miss out on the fulfilment of joy which only comes through a personal knowledge that Jesus is the Christ, the only Begotten of the Father and the Savior of mankind.
