Yes. It's done often, though it involves a lot of long over water legs. Let's start in Newfoundland which is already in the Atlantic but it's only a few hundred nm from several places on the mainland and is well known, so that's not the real problem.

How about depart Gander Newfoundland (CYQX), 696nm to Narsarsuaq Greenland (BGBW), 649nm to Keflavik Iceland (BIKF), 582nm to Stornoway (EGPO) in the outer Hebrides on the north west coast of Scotland.

yes, but you would have to stop for fuel in greenland and iceland, could have bad wx in both.
