I know it sounds wierd but its soo cool! Its hard for me to focus like that, so I think meditating would be a good start. I do I meditate first of all? And remember, I'm 12 not 34 OK. How long will this take? Any tips or something. Websites?
Thank You!

Oh, and meditation is a type of prayer in our religion books at school, Catholic religion books. So I'm not doubting that!

hunny... when you see 'auras' .. it is not from god.. it is from satan the devil and his demons. the angles that do not want to follow god came down to this earth to turn us away from god. please do not blelieve in these things. i hope you find the truth someday.. if you have any questions please email me.

I've been consistently meditating for years, and I've never seen an aura. Can't say that I've heard any stories of anyone seeing them after/during meditation. If you want, you can stare directly at the sun for about 30 seconds, then you'll be able to see "auras" everywhere you look for a few minutes. I wouldn't recommend that, though.
Meditation can be very beneficial, but I don't believe in auras, let alone visual representations of such phenomena.

Hello
Your aura is part of your subtle energy system, which also consists of your etheric & your chakras. You aura also have a shell surrounding it.
It is part of every living organsism spiritual make up - not evil or anything - just perfectly normal!!
Psychic development is a long journey, sometimes frustrating. Meditation is an excellent place to start.
See if you can find any books on chakras & auras & they will usually give you techniques for balancing etc.
The main tip that I can give you is to not have any expectations, as they tend to block.

Wg dont listen to people who says meditating is from the devil and not god. mediating is like praying I guess. You can relax both ways. I do neither. lol. But dont listen to them.
But seeing auras is kinda hard. you'd have to stop using the computer and watching tv soo much. R u ready for that step? Im not.lol. This means no DDR and things like that. Think about it.

you are never too young :) in fact its quite an advantage to start that early!
heres some easy starter meditations. you can meditate however you like, but ill give you some ideas. its always good to be alone or with other people who are meditating and in a quiet peaceful place. outside in nature works well
method 1: clear your mind of thoughts. focus entirely on your breathing. for each breath in count one, and continue until you have reached 21, while only thinking of your breath. if you break concentration before then, return to 1 or 11 (if youve passed it). once you have reached 21 breaths of mental silence, remain in thought silence for as long as you feel comfortable. when you feel finished, open your eyes and relax in a restful state for a few minutes before returning to the "real" world.
method 2: pick an idea you wish to ponder (examples: love, truth, good vs evil, meaning of life... etc, whatever you want). start the same way as the first method by clearing your mind of everything but your breath. when you feel sufficiently calm, ask a question to the open space in your mind and allow it to echo there. wait patiently focusing on your breath. allow thoughts to come slowly and do not try to control them. they will take you deep into your own mind (but only if you let go of your control) and the question will play out in your subconcious. no garentee for answers, but insight will come much more easily than in your normal scattered state.
as for how long, some people spend their whole lives meditating. you can learn something the first time though :) but you can also learn something every time ;). just remember to trust yourself!
btw, dont let other people make up your opinions of meditation, find them out for yourself.
as for seeing auras, this is a different kind of thing called clairvoyance. its something which everyone has, but through time has forgotten how to use it. you are also in a particularly good position to explore this because you are so young! there is an excellent book written in very plain language that will help you to explore and understand this type of thought called "Basic Psychic Awareness" by John Friedlander and Gloria Hemsher. you can find it on amazon or maybe in some book stores.
best of luck to you, and you can email me if you want to ask any more questions!

Meditation, Auras etc is not of God but of Satan. I encourage you to avoid these pitfalls. There are two powers in the world, that which is good (of God) and that which is evil (Satan). You can get enticed into things which are often fascinating or curious and will often lead you into something you wish you had not explored. Read the book of John and learn what God has in store for your future.
