how do i get rid of them? i put some cold compress on it..
how long will it take to go back to normal? a couple of hours? a whole day? a couple of days? a week?

Cold compress is the best thing. If you do that, leave it on for a few mins, then give your eyes a break, then apply for a few more minutes. Keep repeating as long as you feel it's needed. It should go down noticeably within the first couple times you do it. Keep your head up- don't lay down. (if you lay down, the fluid will stay 'pooled' in that area) Drink a couple big glasses of lemon water to flush your system- that will help AND make you feel better.

It should only last 1/2 the day at the most but everyone is different. Hope you feel better soon!

Try splashing cold water on & using quite wet cold compresses. The sooner the better - i.e. if you used the compresses last night it would have gone away quickly, but it will go away even if you do nothing. It shouldn't take more than a few hours.

put something cold on them and in about an hour they will be normal again, this always happens to girls especialy after they have a good cry.
