Salvation! He gave us His Word.
He placed a great book in my life through my brother on my 18th b-day, called The Success Principles-How To Get From Where You Are To Where You Want To Be by Jack Canfield, co-author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series. Through this book, I have been able to learn more about taking control of my life which I needed coming out of high school. I probably would still be in high school if I hadn't gotten that book, because it really inspired me. I had passion, but didn't know how to properly direct/focus it.
I'm so thankful for my family, and for the fact that, even though it can aggravate me to see them soo much these days, they are never too far away.
I'm thankful for such a great boyfriend. I'm sure we've all dated losers & made mistakes & settled for less. God taught me that since He wants great things for me, I absolutely have to keep my standards and cannot settle. Time lost is gone forever so I'm glad for all of the time & opportunities God has given me.

Alot of Christians are busy today preparing for tomorrow. Looks like today the atheists got the floor of Y/A. I am thankful every single day that I am alive to draw closer to HIM, my God Almighty, my Saviour Christ Jesus. I am blessed everyday with the Holy Spirit. I am blessed for all that loves me and is around me and so the same for my love for others. We are blessed because you are here.

You show me in the Bible Thanksgiving Day and I'll show you what I am thankful for? God esteems all days the same and hates the traditions of men to esteem one day above another, also to be thankful for one day above another; Isaiah 1:13 Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and Sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.
Isaiah 1:14 Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them.
God is everything, I live, breath, and enjoy life because he made the world and all that is there in, both the good and the bad and it all works to do good for me and builds my character to rule; Colossians 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
If I had to say anything that I was thankful for is the word of God, and the power to understand it, but that is true every day not just a holiday

I'm doing the same thing that you just did - sending a message on the Internet. That's got to count. And I have lots of other things for which I thank God.
Happy Thanksgiving. Give thanks to God for all He has done for us, especially for sending His only begotten Son to atone for our sins.

thanksgiving already happened in my household. The canadians have the one true thanksgiving. yours is the false thanksgiving. like a false prophet, you have a false thanksgiving. just kidding.
heck God gave me a 68.9.I7 birthday, which if you read the sequence I23456789 upside down, glorifies that birthday.
ie 68 L(leg) 9 ci(pronounced see) I7....

How much time do you have...and how much paper is available?
There's not enough time to put it all down, so I will say it like this:
He has blessed me with everything that I have, today. He gives me life (air to breathe), He gave me ears to hear with and eyes to see with. I could feel the floor under my feet this morning and feel blessed to be able to walk, for there are many that can't.
He gave me family, friends and work to do. He blesses me and show me favor. I am humbled.
The greatest gift He gave me was the gift of salvation. He didn't have too...but His pursuit of me...leaves me awe-struck. He knows every hair on my head and loves me enough to give His life for me. I am a jewel in His crown. Perhaps still a diamond in the rough...but He is cleaning me up and polishing the rough edges. When He shines His light through me, I pray that I will sparkle for Him.
Our relationship grows daily and for that I am truly thankful. It's not just Thanksgivining that I am thanking Him. It is daily...all year long.
I could go on...and on.
Jesus ROCKS!

He gave me my education, my wife, my opportunities to serve others with my various callings in church and in life, my children, my jobs and all the necessities of life. I owe it all to Him. I am grateful for the blessings of the Holy Ghost as a constant companion to guide me in all things that are right. I am ever mindful of my need for Him in my life.
