Then don't get a freakin dog
All dogs or puppies Poop and Pee in the house when you first get them.
You have to train dogs not to bark and Every puppy licks people. Almost all dogs lick their private parts. Your so picky don't get a puppy ..prissy.

lol you sound just like my mom! Well for the licking thing if they do lick you look at them and say "ahh" and jerk away. Keep doing this until they understand you dont like to be licked. Well i personaly think beagles are amazing dgos. But they are known for their barking. Look around, ask friends, pet store owners ect. dont get a dog to fast because sometimes it can turn into a disaster.

A stuffed puppy.
Every dog will poop and pee. Every dog will bark. Every dog will lick you. Every dog will like his/her privates. It what they do. It's your responsibility to train them and show them what is acceptable and what isn't. If you don't like that, then don't get a dog.

Well most people have said stuffed animals. But you minus as well know that all dogs bark, pee and poop. If you want one that doesn't do much of these things get a Yorkie! Yorkies are very smart and good friends to people. They don't bark much either.

you should get a dog from a pound dogs in pounds have to sit in smelly cramped cages all day doesn't that break even the toughest hearts
PLEASE ADOPT don't buy from pet stores and we can get petstores out of business and keep them from keeping pets ln those awful conditions! Shelters are non-profit

I have great advise for you. Have you ever looked at those wonderful puppies at Toys R Us. I think one of them would make a wonderful companion for you. Wouldn't do anything but sit where ever you put them and you would also save on the cost of shots and food. HOORAY!!
