Would a marriage license/application for a marriage license in Illinois in 1867 have the names of the bride and groom's parents listed?

I've got a subscription to ancestry.com and all the census records lead me to believe this person belongs with a certain family. I've found a site that lists her marriage license, so if that would show her parent's names I could connect her without a doubt.

It depends on the county and how the records were kept.
My mom did the data entry for Kankakee county for the Illinois marriage index. That county's early records were in a ledger book with names of bride and groom, residence, occupation, parents, witnesses and place of marriage. However, not every item was complete for every person. The ledger has a lot more information than the online search provides.
If you're not in Illinois, check the link and see if you can locate someone who will look at the original record for you.

No. The marriage licenses pre-1880 do not list anything other than the names and ages of the bride and groom, and the names of the witnesses and presider at the ceremony. Also, if the marriage took place in Cook County, the records were destroyed in the tragic fire that roared through the town in 1871.
If you want the names of the parents, hope that it was a religious ceremony (particularly Catholic). In the sacramental registers or marriage book of churches, the names of parents were usually recorded.

The Illinois marriage records from that period that I've seen don't mention parents, but it might be worth looking them up just in case. And it might vary from one county to another.

It might. Another great source for that information is cencus records. They tell everybody in the house and their relation to the head of the household. There is a website that allows a 3 day free trial. I think it's Heritage.com
