Depends on how much you have drank. If you only had 4-5 beers, and you weigh 160 pounds, probably. But legally speaking, the police can say you are under the influence even if you are .07. .08 means you are legally drunk, DWI. BIG difference between DWI and DUI. Best answer is to just call a cab, and pick up car in the morning....

I doubt it, but it depends on how quickly your body metabolizes the alcohol. If you're stopped, they can take you to the ER and have a blood test taken. You DEFINITELY won't pass that in 5 1/2 hours.

Well, i have heard that if you stick a cpl pennys in your mouth (under your tounge) it will mess up the testing. I hope your not driving, and what time is it where you are? East coast it's NOON...a little early for a cocktail don't ya think?

Probably not because your body uses up about one drink an hour I think I heard. Someone else correct me if I am wrong.

Most peoples' bodies filter out about one beer (or one shot or one glass of wine) every hour. So if you are pretty drunk, then probably not.

if you are pretty drunk, no, you won't pass. The last alcohol won't pass from your system for another twelve hours.
