She says she was feeling pretty good yesterday. But today she woke up and she can hardly move due to the pain I think. The pain is around her stomach and she can't sleep or eat. Has a loss of appetite. She also feels weak. Any ideas what might be wrong? Thanks.

those symptoms are too genralized to make an educated guess as to what her problem might be, suggest that if she is concerned, she should see a doctor.

Have her go to WebMd and check all her symptoms there.
(there is probally more shes not telling you about)

geez she needs to see a dr, could be anything from an apendicitis to a bowel infection. please seek medical advice...
