Hi Ralf,
I too use the MTR Badam Feast Mix. Everybody in our home loves Badam drink.(either cold or hot) I buy that more than 4 times in a year. It's cost is $3 for a pack of 200g. Sometimes i do not find it in stores. That's why i want to make the mix in home. So that, we can drink it whenever we want.

Badami Kheer Recipe
Ready in: 30-60 minutes

Ingredients:
2 quarts fresh, whole milk (you may use some half & half in this volume to make it even richer, but try it with regular milk only the first time)
1/2 cup long-grain white rice (basmati is best)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup whole milk powder (this helps to thicken the kheer
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom pinch of saffron (optional)

Directions:

Heat the milk in a deep pot while stirring constantly. Use only medium heat or it will very likely burn! When the milk comes to a boil add the (washed) rice. Continue stirring. When the milk starts to noticeably thicken, add the milk powder. Keep stirring. Check the rice after about 20 minutes. When it seems fully cooked (tender to the bite), add the sugar. Cook for another 10 minutes (with constant stirring). The milk should be quite obviously thickened by this time.

Mix in the cardamom and saffron. Remove from heat. The kheer will thicken as it cools. You may serve it warm, at room temp, or chilled...however you prefer (try it all three ways!). For a change in the future, you can stir in a tsp. of chopped almonds along with the cardamom.

MTR Badam Feast, a product of MTR Foods Limited. The main ingredients of this product are sugar, almond, skimmed milkpowder, cardamom and saffron. It is available in the form of powder. We can prepare badam drink with this powder just by adding 2 tsp of MTR Badam feast to 1 cup of hot milk. Sugar can be added according to individual’s taste. It is very tasty and even my 2 year old son liked it a lot. We can even have it cold. We can prepare Badam halwa with the same feast by mixing the Badam feast with khoa and milk. Keep this mixture on low flame and stir continuosly till it becomes halwa. On the whole, the MTR Badam feast can be used for multipurpose.

Badam burfi can be prepared in the following method. Ingredients: Almonds 1 cup (soaked & peeled) Milk 1 cup (or just enough to grind the almonds coarsely in a blender) Sugar 2 1/2 cups Ghee 1 1/2 cups Method : Soak the almonds for about 5 to 6 hours and peel the skin of and then measure 1 cup and grind it coarsely in a blender with the milk Put it in a nonstick container in which you are going to prepare the burfi. Add the sugar and cook on high first and then you can reduce the heat gradually. Keep adding the ghee little by little and when the mixture begins to leave the sides pour it into a greased tray and cut it when it is still warm but firm enough. A square or rectangle nonstick cookie sheet or nonstick baking tray or an aluminium foil tray will be perfect to spread the burfi as you can cut them into perfect squares.

You'll need to go online for this one. If you punch in Badam Feast Mix you're going to come up with a bunch of websites for it, along with basic ingrediants.
