The past couple days my pee has been a cloudy murky light yellow color. I have been really stressed but idk if that's whats causing it. Any ideas?

Sounds like you could be on your way to a bladder infection...and it sounds like maybe you aren't drinking enough fluids...
If you do become dehydrated...then most likely you will get a bladder infection...
Try drinking more liquids, especially cranberry juice...this will clean your bladder naturally...
If you aren't able to drink the cranberry juice, buy yourself some cranberry capsules at the local drugstore and/or supermarket...
Other than that, drink plenty of water...
Hope you feel better.

Sounds like a UTI. I get these about once in every two months. It might start smelling really weird and then there will be a burning sensation when you pee. Go get Cranberry juice, NOT THE JUICE COCKTAIL!! Make sure it says 100% Juice with no sugar. Drink this and LOTS of water! If it starts to become painful buy AZO and use this as the box directs till you can make it to the doctor. Hope this helps!

it is likely you are not drinking enough water. The body requires two liters of water daily to function efficiently. If you have no other symptoms, like burning with urination, urgency, or fever, then it is likely just lack of adequate hydration. If you develop any of the other symptoms, then you have a bladder infection and need to see a doctor for treatment. But trying pushing fluids to at least two liters today (water) and see if the urine doesn't clear up for you.
