Yep. It is an emotion based response provided by synapses in my brain, but it still feels real.
I have items that My Grandmother wanted me to have after she died.
They are worthless in the world, but to me they have tremendous meaning.

If the object strongly reminds you of that person, it's perfectly natural to have strong feelings when you are around the object.
There's nothing supernatural about it. It just means you loved your Aunt very much.

Yep. I have a pin that my mother was given the last time she went to church before she died, a hat my grandpa gave me, the old family bible of my other grandpa. On a similar note - every time I eat overcooked chicken I think my grandma is in the house.

Our clock it is one the bells chime on the hour. My mother in law had passed and was very close to her. When it chimes it reminds me of times spent with her as she had the clock since I met my wife.

With some things, definitely yes. I have the rosebud my church gave me when my child died. I wouldn't part with it either.

Nope. Dead people are just that, dead people. They can't think, feel or do anything.
