3+ years ago. It is in the brachial plexus. I am looking for some stories of encouragement, websites & tips Please help.

I am so sorry to hear that your cancer has returned....I hope that you have lots of people, friends and family, to support you right now.

I don't know about this particular type of cancer, in the brachial plexus, but I wanted to say just as encouragement that I have known many people who have overcome cancer, even when it has returned, and even when hope and chances are looking slim, they have defeated it.

I am sure websites etc can help but I think there's no substitute for the real thing - real support from counselling, real comfort from friends and family, and hope from real people.

Never give up and never give up hope...enough people DO defeat cancer and live on, and live on well....take all the support you can from any source you can.

I really hope things work out for you and lean on family and friends, that's what they are for.....xx

We will all be sending you positive vibes and good prayers. Fight as hard as you can. It can be beat. But improve your diet. LOTS AND LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES. fresh vine-ripe. The antioxidants is what your body need to fight cancer cells.

I've posted this elsewhere, but it's good info. I've added some additional info to the diet section, so check that out.

See Dr. Dean Ornish's findings in regard to prostate cancer here - http://www.rd.com/content/dr-dean-ornish-column/ . Then check out http://www.hacres.com , http://www.cancertutor.com , http://www.pcrm.org and Dr. Lorraine Day's video "Drugs Never Cure Disease." The steps that most of these people recommend are:

1) 75-90% raw diet, fresh ORGANIC juices are a large part of that for extra nutrition. You can't eat 35 lbs of carrots in a week, but you can easily drink them. The best juicer I've seen is the Green Life because it contains a magnet in the crushing mechanism to keep your juices from oxidizing as quick if you store them in the fridge. Other juicers like the Champion are probably half the cost, but the juice oxidizes quickly and turns rusty red MUCH faster. You can use primarily organic carrots, beets, apples, romaine lettuce, swiss chard, and other darkly colored vegetables or fruits. Mix it up from week to week for good effect. One apple per glass of juice helps to sweeten it a little, but good organic carrot juice is pretty tasty in and of itself. You can tell when you have good carrots and when you don't. Stick to a good source so it's tasty and encouraging. Your diet needs to be fully vegetarian for best effect, that means no pasteurized milk, cheese, fish or chicken. Good to get good essential fatty acids from good oils like Flaxseed, and it needs to be kept in the fridge so it doesn't go rancid. All oils without preservatives will go rancid. Remember what Dr. Dean Ornish said, "the more people changed their diet and lifestyle, the more improvement we measured." This may not be fun to prepare gallons of fresh juice, but you've got to learn to like it to heal yourself. This one is key.
2) Water (10 glasses a day). Helps flush toxins and keeps your cells hydrated.
3) Exercise.
4) Sunshine.
5) Eliminating waste (at least 2 BMs a day), organic coffee enemas can help cleanse and remove toxins.
6) Fresh air/oxygen.
7) Getting rid of toxins (flouride, drugs, caffeine, olestra/oleine, msg, saccharin, partially hydrogenated oils, unhealthy cooking oils, margarine, anything processed - don't even keep this garbage in the house as a temptation) in your diet, elimination of smoking and radon gas in your home, any refined products (sugar and flour are big ones).
8) Sleep. 10 pm - 2 am is a key time when you body flushes toxins, but only if you are asleep. You really need to get to bed early and probably get at least 8 hours.
9) Removing stress. Right, you have to quit your job to properly heal.
10) No traveling.
11) Conviction to stay on the plan.
12) Stay positive. No TV, newspaper - they're negative. No more research on this stressful site. Pick your plan and do it 100%. Relatives and friends that criticize you going natural are not your friends. If they don't respect your wishes, they will harm your health with their negativity - stay away from them. Remember - just because they don't know anything about natural healing doesn't give them the right to impact your life. Tell them you're going to share your stance with them one time and one time only. You need people that encourage you and keep you motivated. This is a LIFESTYLE change. You will need to literally change your life to get better. Your current lifestyle led to disease, your new lifestyle will lead to health.
13) Admit you caused the disease, now do something about it.
14) Spend time with the Lord. Approach this with a clean heart, you can't have sin in your life and succeed. Your releationship with God will grow as a result of your sickness.

An ND or some chiropractors can recommend and sell you supplements (Standard Process are the best I know) that will help as well.

Do yoga.pranayam etc.these r simple deep breathing techniques.

every disease can be cured by yoga.
