I'm sure they did.
I've seen this happen in families.
Geez, when our parents died the only "squabble" we had was which pictures were we going to take.
Everything else went to their spouses.
We wanted our parents back, not the worldly possessions they had left behind.
Peace.

I myself don't think so. A carpenter, He was not a rich man... He didn't have anything material in this world that could be given to or taken by His followers or relatives. Besides, His mother was still alive and maybe she took care all of His belongings. Also, He was hated by the government so any possessions of Him would not give any prestige to those who thought about collect them. Maybe... His personal goods like cup, comb, etc. were kept well in a secret place with respect and honour by His followers.

John 19:23 Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout.
24 They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did.

What possessions? They only material possessions He had left was his clothes, and the soldiers gambled for them (Lk. 23:34).
But what He really gave was Himself, for our sins, which will send you to Hell, and thus you would do well to seek what He offers.
(1 Pet 2:24) "Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed."
(1 Pet 3:18) "For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:"
(Acts 3:19) "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;"

No, they gambled for them. You can have Jesus' possessions without fighting over them. They are more than you can imagine. But you'll never get them by being blasphemous. I pray that you will change.

well, as the legend goes the Centurions gambled for his belongings, which was probably standard practice after or during an execution. crucifixion wasn't just a way to kill someone but a way to humiliate them as well.
kind of ironic, isn't it? nowadays Jesus' cloak isn't a gambling chip but Jesus himself is a full blown sales device. "send in your Love Donation".

The soldiers cast lots (basically threw dice) to see who would get Jesus's possessions, according to The Bible.

I believe his robe was torn into pieces and fought over, though I can hardly see why. I'd expect the disciples divided the rest of his possessions among themselves.
