I know of the website www.telsanta.com which you register and it gives you the number to call (1-877-TEL-SANTA) and you enter the pin number that the website gives you once you register. The kids call and tell Santa what they want and then they send you an email with what your kids want for Christmas.

I don't think there is one. I know there are companies that will have Santa call your child for a nominal fee, though.
