Yes it happens. It's basically a female orgasm. An intense sexual experience with a huge orgasm is usually the trick. There are several techniques you'd just have to find the one that works for you. Some women can't do it, other's can.
Most of the porn stuff is faked though. Some of it's real, but most of it's faked.

I have personally seen it happen and there are two way it can happen. The first is when a woman orgasms an urine squirts out (very common.) The second is when a women is extremely aroused and is secreting a large amount of fluid inside her vagina and has a hard orgasm. This causes the vaginal secretion to "squirt out." My wife does has done both but it is usually the later...we go through a lot of towels...LOL.

Yes, it really does happen. I have been with a "squirter". As far as I know you can't make yourself squirt, you either have the ability to or you don't. In all honesty though, it's a little overrated and cumbersome once the novelty wears off.

It does happen in the RL, but in less than 10% of women. As far as I know, during orgasm, the female expells a fluid from her urethra that is very similar to semen, it also may not happen upon every orgasm. Hope this helps.

it can't happen but just any girl can't do it and just any guy cant make a girl do it
a girl has do be able to make a lot of wetness down there and the guy has to really be stroking it like hardcore to make it happen - i used to be able to do it to this one girl when i was younger but i cant do it anymore

Yes it happens, in my experience it happens when I use my tongue and fingers at the same time.
Can't get any more descriptive, but yeah, the guy causes it...its not something you can force.

yes it happppens but not always. some girls actually dont squirt at all but still will orgasm. if you dont squirt dont worry about it, aslong as he gets you to orgasm i dont really see the need in having to squirt along with it.
ps. if hes giving you clit stimulation you will not squirt. if you are getting vaginal stimualtion you have the ability to squirt but still may not.
