if it was that hard for you the first time why would you want to even have the possibility of having that happen again around?

Well, Jen, I guess in the end, it's you that's going to answer that. If this is the first time he's done this, then he might get a pass from me, who knows what he was thinking.
On the other hand, I'd be worried that things would be okay until one day, he starts doing it again. I think I would relegate him to one of those friends you say hi to if you run into him on the street and nothing more.

Are you kidding? H3LL NO!
This guy broke up with you and kept you yo-yo-ing for weeks. OK so then he went out and had his fun but decided that you were better than his bit of fluff on the side.
No honey, tell this loser to take a long hike off a very short pier. He's no good. He's a creep and you definitely deserve better than the likes of him.

i for my area am agnostic, meaning i do no longer stick to any faith, yet i do have self assurance in a god. have you ever seen the action picture The Shawshank Redemption, if their is something you could learn from that action picture it relatively is wish. wish is an exceedingly particular element. For some it relatively is their motivation, and for my area it must be the desirable answer on your question. people have asked for years why we are hear, in actuality many many popular philosophers and scientist took that query with all of them the thank you to the grave. in factor of actuality, no person is acquainted with why a god could deliver people by using trials. some say that it relatively is to convey nonebelievers closer to him, yet i urge to difer. I beleive and understand that everybody has and could circulate by using trials of their existence, and all of us might desire to defeat them. keep in mind which you're a blessing to this international and finally your gentle will shine, everybody outcomes something, despite if that's for greater efficient or for worse (ex: Thomas Edison-deemed retarded and denied college yet grew to grow to be between the desirable inventors of all time). you may under no circumstances grow to be popular, or create something which will save the international, yet you would be here, and whilst your here, why no longer attempt to grow to be popular or create something which will replace the international, simply by fact i do no longer understand in case you have self assurance in reincarnation, yet even if so, you purely get one certain lap around the song, so do no longer permit it slip by making use of. "the former day is a reminiscence, and tommorow a secret, yet at present is a blessing" quote from Kung Fu Panda. "initiate daily as though it have been on purpose" quote from Hitch. See, encouragment is all around you.

NO. you know the answer to this question. If this person is part of your life, it will bring you nothing but heartache and pain.
Cut him completely out of your life.
Don't do it because a complete stranger told you to. Do it because you know that's what you need to do.

No. Unless of course you have no self esteem and feel that under any circumstances this is the only person that will ever be in your life and you don't mind the gameplaying and emotional abuse.

No, drag him back and forth for a while and see how he likes it. Then dump the poor slob. He'll learn his lesson.

In my experience, if you cave now, he'll keep his hooks into you and keep putting you through agony. Sever it, even if you love him still. He doesn't deserve you. Tell him he needs to grow up and realize that you deserve respect he doesn't know how to give.
Good luck.
