Do you know this guy? If you do, I'd call the police and have him arrested. This is considered sexual harrassment. He doesn't like you. Heck, he doesn't even respect you. I'd get his butt thrown in jail!!

If he is doing all that he may like you and is just not going the right way about showing it,but he has already said he would like to make out with you,so maybe he is wanting a specific type of love from you,sorry but I tried to put it bluntly lol out of honesty,and for your sake,Iam sure there are 'better' guys out there for you.Good Luck!

considering you have known him for a while now he most likely does like you,but wants to entend his relationship with you,also if he has asked you out,he maybe continuing to puruse this for the sake of wanting to 'get' with you,it's hard to say without being in the situation,he may be a nice guy but to me he seems to rushed into everything.
