I have problems with my wrist because every about(on average) twice a year for about 2 to 3 weeks i cant bend my wrist at all and i use this muscle pain relief stuff and a wrist support but its so annoying putting it on every morning and it gets really sweaty and smelly. The thing is that i play a lot of sports like netball, football, hockey, etc and I xcan't do it as much because it hurts.Oh, and it started when I was about 8 - 10 years old and Im 14 now.

What can I do to make it better and whats causing it?

You are obviously weak in one of the actions, might be slam, back hand, so you need to find out which is your weakest action, then see a PT to strengthen the corresponding muscles. Might also be the technique on the action that needs fine tuning. Good Luck
