Yes, it means that good things are coming your way. Dreams about pregnancy mean that there is some good luck......winnning money, promotion, something along those lines.......not sure if the dream will come true, but that is what it means

i would say absolutely not.. i had a dream I was making out with an old HS friend.. who is female. yea.. nothing ever came of it, and I didn't want anything to! weird...
